Dear Mr. Maidstone, Thank you for your feedback. Just I will like to mention that I never been hired to do the job for you.
On Monday the 6th June 2022 we provided a quote for your potential job. As your job request included just labour the quote reflected the labour price. You agreed with the price of £480 and then you changed your mind and wanted materials to be included as well in the price. As the price was already low, we expressed our concern that the amount can’t cover the materials cost. On that moment you become aggressive and tried to intimidate me to accept your new request. Then as a proof you sent a threatening message as “I’ll give you the end of the day to make your decision. If you’re coming to do the job including supplying all of the cable. If you can’t do it, I will be leaving you a bad review at 5’ o’clock”. We expressed again our concern about your initial request and your behaviour and informed you that we have to stop our collaboration before the job starts. Anyway your decision was to leave a bad review without to even have an agreement on place. About your aggressive and threatening behaviour we informed MyBuilder. Many Thanks. Kim Regards.
