2 small jobs. Broken bath panel needs to be replaced. A new panel has already been paid for but needs to be picked up at the local screwfix in Aintree as house is very close by to Aintree retail park in L9. Some photos attached. Also, looking to have holding post for backyard gate/door replaced as the base of the post shows signs of rot where the door hangers attach. The post does not need to be sunk into the ground; it attaches via bolts into the wall. Post & bolts not supplied for this job. It looks like a 4 x 4 piece of timber is required. Photos attached.
