He contacted me on the day to confirm he was on the way and arrived at the agreed time. He was friendly and answered all my questions and provided useful advice. Paul also re-arranged the order of the work to minimise the disruption to me.
Following completion of the inspection, the report was produced and emailed to me on the very same day.
