Payne & Lyttle undertook some pretty major masonry work on our 'turn of the 20th century' semi-detached home. This included repointing the entire side elevation, rebuilding a crooked and leaning chimney, spot pointing elsewhere around the house, and correcting some shoddy guttering from a previous loft conversion. They were proactive and easily contacted throughout the entire engagement, from initial agreement up until the last day. All works were completed within the initially agreed budget and timeframes - zero hassles, which was important to us. They were always on site first thing in the morning, did a full day's work through to the evening, and were very tidy considering the messy nature of the job. They even cleaned up the mess that drifted over to our neighbour's garden! The entire team were curteous, respectful, punctual, professional, and highly skilled. We're very pleased with the quality of the work completed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for similar jobs.
