Customer description

We have a leak from the top floor shower room that has made a hole dripping water into the wardrobe beneath. My house insurance will cover me for investigation of the leak and any damage caused but I have to pay for the plumbing repair. It looks as if it's the drainage that's leaking. The insurance has asked for an itemised quote to send to them so they can ascertain what they are willing to pay. Need to explore access through ceiling, repair leak, replaster and paint
