I have an apple tree which I planted from a seed many years ago, golden delicious, I think it may have a disease in places, and need possible cut back, not to harsh pls. But do need some advice.

Will did a brilliant job on my apple tree,
That tree is my baby, I grew it from a pip a lot of years ago so it was growing out of control, but Will knew what to do, he cleaned up behind him, did the job in the allotted time, and would definitely recommend 😀
