Customer description

I have had NHBC investigate the leak but it's not covered. Here are their findings: The damage is consistent with a defective soil and vent pipe connection. Moisture is escaping through a poorly sealed connection which is allowing condensation and water droplets to occur. To repair the damage, the soil and vent pipe is to be replaced, ensuring suitable sealed connections to the pipework.
