Customer description

2 toilets with hidden cysterns. Both refills not working. Constant trickling/refilling so likely need replacement parts for internal cystern system. One of them also appears to have a leak on inflow pipe. We have spares for that but cannot get the old one off. This toilet has been isolated for the time being.
