Eryk recently completed a total kitchen refurb for me - sound proof flooring, new electrics (inc new fuse board), plastering the walls, laying marble tiles, fitting of whole kitchen, plus some ad hoc plumbing work when we developed a burst pipe unrelated to the work in the kitchen. We are delighted with the work that Eryk and his team have completed. They are all v friendly and very accommodating when we were changing our minds about what we wanted. The finish of the work is fantastic and despite the extra work kept to the agreed price. We will be doing the bathroom later in the year and we will be asking Eryk to do this work for sure. Thank you Eryk.

Eric took on the job of renovating a two bed apartment for my elderly mother. What should have been a fairly relaxed timetable got compressed as the purchase of the apartment was more and more delayed. As a result, we ended up with little more than three weeks to get the job done, in time for a move just before Xmas. I chose Eric over some other good candidates (mostly sourced on this site) because of his determination and enthusiasm for getting the job. The delays, which were outside all of our control, clearly caused him some inconvenience but at no point did he lose interest in the work, where others might have done. Once work could finally start, Eric and his guys showed a huge level of commitment to getting the job done. The compressed timetable meant that work sometimes had to carry on through the evenings, and to finish the job off in time for moving day the team worked literally through the night. Inevitably under these circumstances there was probably a bit more snagging than otherwise, but heating, lighting, bathroom, kitchen and carpets were all in place in time for Xmas. Eric has a good attitude to clearing issues up. In summary, Eric is someone who really wants to do a good job, has very high levels of commitment, and gets his team working hard when needed.

Eric and his team completed a bathroom fitting, stripping and plastering of our main bedroom and internal painting and decorating of our entire home, replacing radiators, light switches, door handles and plug sockets. Eric completed all the work to a very high standard and had good ideas for additional improvements around the house. The work took a litte longer than anticipated but that was more down to me requesting extra work. He is friendly and trustworthy and left the house clean and tidy each day. I'd recommend Eric and his team and will use him again.

I bought a house at auction that was a complete wreck with the only bathroom falling into the non-existent kitchen. Eric was very enthusiastic and can do. He understood my wish to keep as many original features as possible remaking an old french window and repairing the old doors. Eric also provided a one stop shop. His friendly team sorted out all the electrics and plumbing and issued all the relevant certificates (gas and electric). They did the roof, they made the staircase into the loft and they put up all the fences in the garden and grew the lawn. Most of all we found them a pleasure to deal with - even on the money side. The work was finished on time and the house was then immaculate. Eric and his team went beyond the call of duty putting together beds and cupboards, putting up curtain rods and curtains and helping us argue with IOKEA when they issued the wrond door for the fridge cupboard (again)! Eric has loads of ideas which he has used and I was able to speak to him and his gang to discuss the options directly with them. We chose to use his system of work which was to bill labour and materials separately. It worked well and we saved a lot of money by using his discounts. We are now planning another project and I hope that Eric will find the time to do it for us. We hope to have another great time together! J and A, Battersea

Eryc's team did a great job in removing a part of my kitchen wall creating an arch and fitting my kitchen. They did not have a easy task when the kitchen units I ordered came without pre-holes! Even with that factor, his team always remained friendly and sticked to the agreed price even if it took them longer to do the job. I would definitely recommend them! Julie and Alex

Eric was great for me to work with on my frist home purchase, I had no idea what I was really doing and he could have easily taken advantage in pricing and jobs etc, yet did not, he was extremly helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he adapted his work load when I asked for more things to be done, took me shopping to choose things, gave advice regarding on line purchases to save me money. A few things are to be done in Janaury to complete but I will for sure be using him for the kitchen next year and the following year the bathroom. Lovely team that work with him too and very tidy. I would strongly recommend Eric and his team.

Eryck and his team have just completed my downstairs shower room to absolute perfection! I got 8 quotes before I decided to go with victory construction and am really pleased with my decision, Eryck is a really jolly and genuine character, full of ideas and knowledge about all building works, he has an easygoing and flexible nature and is contactable at all times via phone email and text. An extra special thank you goes to Anton whom without we would not have acomplished our amazing dream shower room! He worked really hard from 8am to 6 pm daily with hardly any breaks and some days stayed later just to get the job done, tidying up at the end of each day. He is really dedicated motivated and hard working, and I have no hesitation In recommending this team to carry out any type of renovations, I look forward to getting the rest of the house done with them in the new year!

What great communication! A real breath of fresh air when dealing with building works. Eric, stuck to his price and communicated excellently over the phone and via text when I was at the office. I would be happy to have Eric and his team in my house again. I have dealt with many tradesman over the years and have to say that I was really impressed with Eric and his team. I have to hive a special mention to Antonio who is just a superstar.

We had Eric in for our newly purhased cottage in Richmond. The job was to completely make over and refit our bathroom, paint entire house (2bedroom, 3floors), re do skirting boards throughout, fit new washer, dryer, build some fiited storage, wallpapering, painting garden walls, cleaning garden tiles, various update jobs -(around 15 here & there) and build 10 furniture items from flat pack. Eric and team did a great job. There was no haggling for money or lack of regular contact that most people complain about from builders. He is jolly, good fun and very friendly as is his team. I am very into my interiors so had exact looks/fittings/furniture in mind , while he makes good suggestions he also respected my opinion/wishes. It was a chaotic situation -with us not moved in yet, coming and going from my mums all the time and his team taking in a constant stream of our deliveries each day-both for the building and personal items! Then I lost my mobile so had to rely on emails which must have also been frustrating for Eric but we still managed to keep the ommunication going! All in all we have a gorgeous bathroom, lovely bedroom(wallpaper applied to great standard) and all we hoped for and beyond (Eric threw in a few extras which are just fab!). Can't wait to move into our first marital home and Eric and his team(Antoni the bathroom master also has to get a mention for being a star!) made this happen! Definitely recommended. ******
