Paul is an expert in his field and also charges very reasonable rates so you can't ask for more than that! He went beyond the specifications of the job, sorting out my door for me, at no extra cost. He was also very flexible about coming back another time when I was unwell. I shall definitely be using him again and recommending him.

Super punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my turn and tilt window (I know that not many people know how to deal with these) and also fixed my blind (it was no part of the job, I hadn't asked him to but he saw it broke and thought of fixing it for me). THIS IS THE MAN YOU ALL NEED IN YOUR LIFE!!! Do not hesitate to contact him for all of your window/door/lock fixing needs...seriously!!! Paul has just replaced 2 damaged hinges on a double glazed window we've been unable to open for the past 4 months. He did it & cleaned up after himself all within the hour & at a very reasonable, fair price. Just as Paul was about to leave I told him I had been having problems with a lock on our three-folding doors. Paul took a look and explained to me that in the past year of owning our house, when we thought we'd been locking the door, we in fact hadn't! Paul straight away took the lock apart & all of the other connecting bits, and stayed an extra 2 hours despite having other jobs booked in for the same day, to fix the lock. I felt really bad as I thought it was a job for another day kind of thing but Paul would not leave until the lock was fixed as, in his own words, 'it would have played on his conscience leaving me with a door that doesn't lock'. I insisted on paying Paul extra for fixing my lock and staying an extra 2 hours but I think Paul undercharged me for the work he carried out - I know, that doesn't happen often if ever! Paul is an incredibly honest gentleman and at a very reasonable price. On top of that he's a lovely man and one that I will always call upon if I ever encounter more issues with my windows/doors or locks in the future.

Absolutely top bloke. Came early, waited for the guys to deliver sofa to put through taken out window and put straight back in excellent. Cleaned up afterwards. Totally first class service. Would use again

We had 3 handles that had come off our windows. Paul was extremely helpful and just from some photos I sent him managed to pick new handles and fitted them very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Did a really great Job at making 2 windows into 1 window. Really professional. Top bloke and much cheaper than expected. I would definitely hire Paul again if needed.
