First impressions very good - looks a thorough professional job and he took me through it all. Asked him to quote for another job.

This was a large, complicated job involving a complete refurb and a range of specialist trades and suppliers. Moreover it had to be completed while we were still living in the house. Phil was brilliant! A mindreader, he took our fairly vague ideas and turned them into reality, he solved all problems as they arose. He co-ordinated the specialist tradesmen and completed the job in a calm, reassuring and thoroughly professional manner. Thanks Phil!

Very nice guy, done all that was expected and a lot more, he found a structural problem that a previous builder had done which he corrected and very quick too, would recommend to anyone

Only have positive feedback re Phil, project moved from being a minor one to a major one and he was extremely helpful in setting out the issues and solutions. He took time to explain the work and itemised the costs attached, and was helpful in dealing with a challenging neighbour! The work was done to a high standard, minimal disruption and the result looks amazing. Would not hesitate in giving my recommendation

Did job in good time, all looks good.

Phil and his team have just finished our job, which was far bigger than any of us anticipated at the beginning. Once the house was gutted, it was clearly a total renovation from roof to floors. By the finish it was virtually a new build. We sought a variety of quotes at the beginning and Phil was not only competitive, but was helpful throughout the whole process, particularly in areas of cost savings and materials. We worked out a contract and a schedule of works, which did not run over in time or costs. Additional jobs on our project were added during the process, which did mean the whole job took longer than we hoped, but Phil scheduled these within this project and others he had elsewhere. We are actually a little disappointed that the project is finished because it was so painless and enjoyable. He also said that if there are any problems to just let him know and he will come back - he has already been good to his word on this. We will be looking for another project soon, and will be employing Phil to do the work.
