Good job, competitive price, good communication

Mark was great - he came to quote quickly,and gave us a very competitive price. He explained what would be needed and how long it should take him. Mark turned up exactly when he said he would, which is very rare in my experience of doing work on houses. He was really polite, friendly, gave me advice about other things and was genuinely very helpful. His work was fantastic and he went above and beyond to do everything to a top standard. He was also very patient when our second fix got delayed due to our tiling woes, and always advised as to what was going to give the best finish, even though this may have made it more inconvenient and a drawn out job for him. I highly recommend Mark and I'm very happy to now have a skilled and reliable contact for any work we may do in the future.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our cracked shower tray and resealing the enclosure properly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy after the job. He explained our options clearly and even helped us choose the best value materials. My wife and I are both really happy with the result — no more leaks, and the finish looks great.
