Fantastic service

I had a mixed experience with Dulwich Fires and Stoves. The initial work installing one chimney was done really well, no complaints there. However, we discovered the job was bigger than expected, and I was told I’d receive an updated quotation for the rest of the work. Unfortunately, after that, I never heard back. The communication just stopped. It’s a shame because the quality of the work itself was excellent, and I was ready to continue with them. Maybe they got busy or something came up, but it’s disappointing to be left hanging when I was genuinely keen to get the full job done

Frazer did a great job with sweeping my two chimneys which haven’t been touched for a long time. Great advice and work on capping one of the chimneys and installing plates within the fireplace to stop debris from falling down. Thanks for your work again!
