Extendabuild carried out a two storey extension for us - new larger kitchen, 2 larger bathrooms, utility room and new living room. Liam has a great team who are reliable, friendly, honest and most importantly good at their trades. Liam is easy to deal with as he has good communication skills so there are no problems with payments or changes and additions to the agreed quote. Liam and his team were helpful throughout the build and contributed with useful suggestions and ideas. The plastering was the best we have ever seen. As we were so impressed with the standard of work we asked Liam to renovate the rest of he house which he and his team have completed. We would like to thank Liam and his team for all their hard work and thanks to them we now have a beautiful house to live in - all the work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Liam/extendabuild to anyone. If anyone would like to discuss anything in this review further please speak with Liam and he will pass on our contact details.

A VERY GOOD JOB DONE, ALL THE WORKMEN TURNED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY EASY TO GET ON WITH, DID EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO A HIGH STANDARD , ALL COMPLETED IN 2 AND A HALF DAYS , VERY SATISFIED.........

Liam and team exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job A builder you can trust and I would not hesitate to use him again The team even worked through the pouring rain to ensure the work was completed on time

Liam and Darren did a fantastic job, were punctual and very hardworking and tidied up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use again in the future if required

Liam and his team just did a wall knock through for us, they did a great job, were very reliable, friendly and really tidy. They are also coming back to finish off some bits for us next month. We have had lots of nightmares with work we have had done in our house in the past but they have restored our faith in builders and getting work done in the future! I would definately recommend Liam and his team.

Liam and his team have been excellent. Started and finished on time and on budget - with no nasty surprises. Plastering and building work looks excellent. Big thanks to Liam for putting up with my numerous changes! Also like to add that Liam discovered some of my plumbing was not correctly installed by the previous owners, and he rectified that at no extra cost. I have recommended Extendabuild to several friends and family and plan to call Liam back to build my kitchen extension very soon. Fast, professional & efficient - Liam and Cliff ("ExtendaBuild") have done a great job on my kitchen-dinner knock-through and remodelling. Great intial viewing, good competitive quote and a great standard of work started as agreed and completed very swiftly to a high quality finish. Liam and Cliff handled all the required sub-contractors well, keeping me informed every step of the way, they also provided useful expert suggestions from their years of experience. Overall a top-quality outfit covering all major trades with whom I'll be doing the remainder of my house conversion - 9/10 and no hesitations in recommending them very highly - any potential future customers are welcome to view and discuss their work for me if required.
