Called us back the same day and came out the next at the time agreed. Pleasant guy (Ryan). He Investigated the problem and came to the conclusion it was a damp rather than a plumbing problem. The charge for this was a reasonable £35+vat. He recommended a damp proofing company who came out the next day and gave us a quote. The problem isn't entirely fixed as yet but Ryan said he will come out again should the damp proofing company discover it is indeed a plumbing problem (looks unlikely) after further investigation. Very happy with the service received so far.

I hired DC Heating & Plumbing in June 2016. They are professional people and done fantastic job on my bathroom. They were quick and efficient in their job and always made sure our opinions mattered in the job. I definitely would recommend DC heating and plumbing for the job! very reliable and respectful people. What Is more reassuring their quality of work is excellent and any problems they will fix it.

Ryan arrived within the alloted time slot, and was curteous and professional from the start. He took precautions to control mess, including dust sheets and overshoes. The service was completed efficiently and professionally without any issues. There was a minor concern surrounding the vent for the boiler, however, Ryan confirmed that although the vent wasn't up to current regulations, it was correct with respect to the manufacturer's installation instructions. He also provided excellent advice regarding carbon monoxide detectors - correctly pointing out that the one I had was out of date. A replacement was quickly purchased. All in all, the experience was very positive, and I feel safe in the knowledge that my boiler isn't trying to kill me.
