Our lads all have the relevant tickets and experiance needed to complete these works to a high standard.

Mark originally quoted £1500 for some brick steps this was too much for me, so I suggested sleepers. Which he said he'd do for a grand. He said it would take him 3 days and he'd come do it himself to keep cost down not send his team. I waited in the house for 3 days expecting him to show but instead day 1 and 2 I got excuses that he was held up at other jobs even though he'd pencilled me in his diary and agreed the date. Day 3 he turns up with another lad and cracked on he didn't wrap sleepers in dpm but weed membrane instead. Didn't dig to correct level so finished height is now another issue for me, all in all spent about £250 on sleepers and type 1 and left me with a bigger problem no detailed invoice and a grand lighter and already rotting uneven sleepers. I wasn't going to review but I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I'm still fixing his work as of now.

Explained the work to be done and got it completed in good time, leaving everywhere neat & tidy. Huge root removed that had lifted a drain cover, Billy was very professional in showing me that the root had not caused any damage to the drain. Very fair price for the work too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northwest Drainage 24/7 !
