Latest review:Extensions-In spring 2023, Rob and his team undertook a major extension project at our house, involving the removal of all internal walls, installation of a new heating system, and complete update of the ground floor layout. This was a first such project for us and we felt very lucky to have Rob on the job. We were impressed from the outset: from the initial comprehensive phone call to regular photo and video updates while we were away, there was a consistent effort to not only meet but exceed our requirements. This transparency in explaining what was needed and how the process would (maybe should) unfold helped keep the stress levels manageable! The team's punctuality and tidiness was impressive. Starting promptly at 8 am each day, they consistently delivered a substantial amount of work, with neighbours praising the site's cleanliness. Rob’s evident pride in his work was notable, treating our home with the same care as if it were his own. He prioritised quality, selecting the best (but not necessarily cheapest) materials where it mattered. Payment terms reflected this commitment, with the final balance only due when we were happy all snagging items were sorted. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend RMC Developments for their professionalism, reliability, and skill. The choice of builder might be the single most important decision in a construction project and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob and his team for yours.

Latest review:Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. I have nothing but praise for Stephen Hambly.

He is clearly knowledgeable, took the time to give advice, and carried out works to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He responds quickly to queries and kept in touch throughout the job. Worked on to get my log burner installed even after discovering problems with my chimney. Really pleased, and discussed further works on my house for later in the year. Can't recommend highly enough. MyBuilder can be a gamble at times, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Latest review:Extensions-David and his dad David were great from start to finish. Friendly and reliable with a high standard of workmanship across all aspects of the project which included a single storey extension, new kitchen, upstairs bathroom refurbishment and full door and window replacement. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues that arose during construction were always met with a can-do attitude. We found them to be competitively priced and able to provide a wealth of experience from many years in the industry. Would thoroughly recommend D&D Homecare to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Latest review:Extensions-We hired GCA to build a rear extension, carry out internal alterations, new windows, new bathroom and creating an en-suite , kitchen fitting and flooring. With the work complete, we can’t recommend Greg and his team highly enough. Very professional, friendly, communication was great from the start and all work was carried out to a high standard. The team were onsite every day and Greg managed electricians, plumbers, brickies and plasterers who were all great too. We are delighted with the end result and the work was complete on time and as quoted. We couldn’t fault GCA and would have no reservations in recommending them.
