I hired John to do my Outbuilding Shell only. The work included demolishing existing structure, foundations, Block and Beam, EPDM roofing, Cavity Block works and Soakway. All aforesaid works were carried to highest standards and I am very pleased with works. John is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Latest review:Extensions-We had a loft conversion and a 9x3m rear extension constructed. We also had underfloor heating, flooring, a new staircase and air con installed. We are happy with the result and would recommend this company. They have also respected warranty and fixed issues that have come up after construction and decorating work completed.

So after getting a number of quotations, I decided to go ahead with Fredi. The process was very smooth throughout, Fredi is a great individual and a reliable professional. The plan was to build a rear extension, but working with Fredi, we decided to commission him for the patio, changing all house flooring, kitchen, and two bathrooms. All have been delivered to completion with top-notch results. Most importantly, we have now a new family friend...Fredi the builder!!.. my kids say :)

Latest review:Extensions-Overall Alex and his team did and excellent job on our extension. As with any project of this size there was challenges and issues but Alex dealt with them quickly and fairly. Alex communicated well and regularly visited the site to check on the quality of work and resolve any issues. Budget wise Alex was reasonable and communicated up front any changes to costs etc. On-site Alex's team were polite, friendly and professional so it wasn't an issue to have them in our flat for several months. Highly recommend
