Latest review:Extensions-AVOID We are still paying to rectify this build by GDJ Joionery. Gary may give you the price you want but BE WARNED he will cut corners and use cheap matgerials. Gary takes NO PRIDE in his work. He will also offer to do your kitchen, drive, flooring etc. He is a jack of all treades and a master of NONE. Gary will give a reply to this and explain it away, the way he did when we saw negative feedback on his reviews. So, anybody considering emplying this cowboy come to our build in Derby and we will SHOW you his handywork. my mobile number is 07930 494708. Save yourself the heartache, we wish we had. He did not consult with us or follow our architects plans. The garage floor is too high and has a 4cm lip causing a trip hazard, in the plans it is supposed to be flush. He failed to put an sewage inspection chamber in, which was clearly stated on the plans, Gary has never given us a explanation as to why it was not done. He has blocked us on email, telephone and Whatsapp. We have been sending him post by registered mail, so we know it has been received but HE DOES NOT REPLY. Once you have used a cowboy buillder it is expensive to take them to court and they just close down their companies and restart, much better to not employ one in the first place. We have had a lintel replaced as the one used was not the right size, the cavity wall insulation is so poor our extension is freezing. It is now impossible to remove and have it done again. The build is shoddy.

They took care of little things such as ensuring finishing is to great standard and making sure property was always left secured and clean at the end of every day.
