Latest review:Extensions-Very poor experience, we employed Advance to build a 2 Storey extension unfortunately we had to terminate the contract of the company at first floor joist level due to consistent issues in regards to quality of build, not reading the drawings or spec leading to incorrect materials being used or sub standard materials for the project. Protection of property and general onsite cleanliness including leaving constant food and drink on our property. We had numerous issues with labour being onsite it was a build during winter that comes with its own problems however even good days were consistently missed with no communication from the management. We had to get numerous people out to review the build as it didn’t appear the onsite management understood the basic standards and requirement for the build. Finally after agreement and release of final pay the company refused to pay the scaffolding company for the works done on our property leaving ourselves with the further issue of scaffolding after we had paid. Whilst the company gave a cheap price it was just not worth the subsequent stress and issues caused by Advance construction and their poor onsite management.

Latest review:Extensions-Although we haven't started the build yet, nothing to do with Declan. He has been very supportive wish we had had him onboard earlier. He has been in contact with us regularly without being intrusive, there has been so much more to the planning, building regs and the utility companies, to a novice this is daunting and Declan has kept things moving and met up with them all. I look forward to getting started, then seeing the end results with mum living the best life she can in the annex.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Abid is a nice guy and did a good job of my garage conversion... He gave me a competitive price for labour and payment plan and stuck to it.. The quality of the finish was good and he came back to deal with a few small snags afterwards.. There were a few small issues as we went along and timings were longer than originally thought but these were discussed and dealt with professionally.
