Job was very smooth. Fitting of air admittance valve in the wc and installation of small kitchen extraction fan. Stuart quoted and then came with his team at the agreed time. Price seemed fair, although it is hard to gauge what is fair with this type of work , as I work in facilities and have tech colleagues they all said the price was fair. More importantly the job was completed quickly, safety and no issues. Place was tidy after work as well. Would use again.

Luke and the team were able to give us the most realistic and detailed quote and they completed the job within our budget restraints.Their work has been very professional and thorough,and although there was some over run with snagging they have been committed to completing the outstanding works. We would highly recommend Blackwell and would certainly use them again.
