Whilst doing this I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in most aspects of domestic building trades including plumbing (excluding gas), joinery, dry lining, tiling and LVT flooring. This enables me to provide a complete installation package, for almost all of my customers needs and as such I like to treat every job as if it was in my own property and endeavour to give the customer what they want.

Jason got in touch quickly after I posted my job and has been very fast in his responses whenever I have messaged him. He came out at a day and time that was suitable for us to give us the quote, which was very competitive and he has been flexible around our work schedule. He's been great doing the work, putting in some new wiring from the fuse box into the kitchen and installing the new oven. He's also fitted new sockets upstairs for us and is due to come back in the next week to fit our new induction hob once a gas engineer has disconnected the old one. Very happy with the service and quote provided, would use again.

I had two light fittings changed, a light switch changed to a dimmer and two sockets moved. Gavin arrived on time (when he said he would be ). He was very smart and polite. He changed the light fittings first, he made it look so easy obviously knew what he was doing. Then the sockets he asked where I wanted them. He had to knock the plaster off the walls to put the new cables in, he cleaned all the mess up and the new sockets looked great all the wires were covered up. Overall I found Gavin to be a very reliable, experienced electrician and cannot fault his work at all. I would defiantly recommend him to friends and family.

Good communication in the beginning, small issues post having a full rewire that has left me stressed for weeks. I have contacted multiple times trying to get the paperwork for the job they have completed, it's been more than 3months. With multiple verbal promises that it will be done and sent. This has made me so anxious and stressed everytime I have had to contact them about the same issue more than 6 times. I have decided to just go through trading standards at this point. Lovely ppl at the start but I guess that's just ppl. Update: after leaving the initial review they have gotten back to me and issue was resolved.
