The workmen did a fantastic job on the required repairs on the property. They were quick and efficient, making sure to take pictures of the work before and after they had finished clearly showing the work that had been completed to a high standard. He even promised to come back to fix the issue for no charge if it reoccurs,

He explained what he'd be doing to treat the mould and it made complete sense to me. Communication was excellent all the way through. When it came time to do the job, he explained that there is a wider issue with water coming in from the roof in multiple areas, so it wouldn't be worth doing the treatment as we'd likely see mould again in a few weeks. This was appreciated and instead he did what he could and charged me a small fraction of the original cost. It definitely pays to be honest in this business and I'll definitely be calling The Mould Team again for future issues. Thank you Zaffar and Team
