He came to inspect it and provide a quote for the work, but after checking thoroughly told us it appeared to be a condensation problem and gave advice on how to remedy this. It has been a couple of weeks since his visit and things have greatly improved with the air quality and smell of damp in this room. We were very impressed with the speed of contact after posting our job and with Shane's advice on how to remedy this ourselves and therefore saving us money on work that didn't need doing. It's refreshing to know that there are honest tradesmen out there and we would definitely recommend Shane and hire again.
