Anthony and his Dad did a great job, going the extra mile in time and effort to ensure a first class job was done on time and to budget.
They provided professional advice on the required materials, substituting store advised products for a higher quality better finish product.
They talked through how they would approach the job, what implications that would have on the use of the room, and timescales.
Nothing was too much effort or trouble, and even when they came up against unforseen problems (unlevel floors, and wandering walls) they kept smiling and had a great attitude about how to address the issues.
Time was a major factor, they had to work longer hours to hit our agreed timescale, but did it all within budget.
It was their positive attitude all throughout which impressed me, then the finished article.
