Prep floor before screed

The team prepared the floor for screed as requested and ended up quoting to redo the whole decoration of the flat. Their price was competitive and they also flagged potential issues before we started the job offering affordable solutions from the outset to prevent major issues such as cracking supporting walls. As the job progressed, a few other issues surfaced. Again, they provided affordable issues and went the extra mile to make it work. They clearly take pride in doing a good job, which is very good for the customer. I have recommended the team to several contacts already.
