Julian spent time explaining the problem to us thoroughly. He phoned the electricity board to make them aware of the problem in the exchange building. Then Julian even tried to phone the people who were over all responsible for the electricity supply where my Nana lives. He even phoned me up afterwards to see if the issue with the park owners (my Nan lives on a mobile home park) had been resolved. Julian went so above and beyond!! He is a lovely man and we highly recommend him to everyone and anyone!!

Top bloke totally trustworthy especially with vulnerable people. After a bad experience my elderly disabled mum was very wary of letting strangers in her home. Julian was incredibly patient with her showing her his ID explaining clearly what he was going to check and if there were any problems what he would do. He was also happy to explain things to me over the phone to reassure mum. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended as a local trustworthy tradesman who does an excellent job.
