Paul took time to really LISTEN to what we wanted and told us exactly how he would do it. This was important to us as the job concerned three burial plots of family members. He also told us where we could purchase the slate chippings we wanted and informed us that they were on a good offer price, which helped us both financially and time wise as we would have had to spend time finding the best value for money. As this was not part of what we asked him to do he did not need to tell us. Although this may be classed as a small job it was an important one for us which Paul undertook in a sensitive and professional way. The end result was excellent and took away the upset we had over the graves sinking and showing holes into the plots.
