I contacted my builder.com having never used their services before. What a brilliant easy site to navigate and use. My wooden stair had split and I needed it fixed quickly as my husband was due out of hospital with a broken back. Paul Butler replied almost immediately with a telephone call. He sounded extremely knowledgeable and competent of his trade and came out the next morning. From the very start he was likeable not pushy , chatty and obviously enjoyed what he did. He showed me pictures of past jobs that he had completed and all his work looked an extremely high standard. I was very impressed. He fixed the job within an hour. All the time he communicated with me exactly what he was doing and gave me some advice for aftercare. He insisted on coming out the next morning to paint it so it would look perfect for my husbands return the next day. I still to this day get choked up as when it came to payment he would not accept any. He said it was a gift from him for my husband and myself and he wished us all the luck for the future. Wow there are good people in this world and that day I found a gem in Paul Butler. THANK YOU . I so hope this is a successful applicant .
