I never expected a tradesman to get back in touch saying they've already build a brewshed recently and basically knew all of my requirements prior to speaking to me. But this was the case with Lee and Toptradesmen!
After a brief initial conversation over the phone Lee arranged to visit my home to view the job and discuss my plans in more detail. Before and after our meeting it was clear Lee was keeping a focus on my job amongst all of the other work he was undertaking as he was able to quickly and efficiently provide focus to my ideas and plans and together a solid vision for the brewshed was finalised.
Things took off in July when the first tradesmen came to start the work laying down foundations and readying the area before the construction started proprer. Everyone I met through Lee was exceptionally polite, helpful and most of all incredibly talented and professional. Everyone knew the whole job and not just their part in it (the plumber for example knew my final goals so was able to offer some advice for future adaptability etc.) which was helpful.
Lee and his team kept in touch via telephone and also via messaging (sometimes easier when I was working so I found this very convenient). Making sure I was up to speed with all of the details and if anything was delayed for whatever reason I found out immediately.
Lee and toptradesmen deserve to win job of the year for their flexibility and project management skills overall, from my initial concept vision to the final design and build every step was carried out with open discussion with myself and they managed to adapt to all of my last minute request of 'oo that would be nice!'.
Cant fault them. They were excellent!
