new sealant required to lead flashing

Sandwich

We had recently moved into our house when the 'Beast from the East' struck, torrential rain whipping sideways caused rain to come pouring through our flat roof via the kitchen spotlights. Billy & his assistant provided an exceptional quote, arrived on time and they were extremely polite. After a thorough inspection of the roof, they identified that the lead flashing was not secured correctly. They removed the flashing, widened the groove, put back the lead and used lead sealant. They added extra sealant to the roof lights and even offered to clean them. On the way down the ladder they spotted my cat with a newt & even heroically saved the newt & passed it over the fence for safety. Definitely going the extra mile for nature! Also, The roof has never leaked since their great repair job.
