Raphael showed unprecedented patience and understanding of our beloved 120-year old Victorian cottage which 10 years previously we had restored to much of its original condition exposing original pinewood floors and ceramic tiling.
Raphael exposed drainage failings that we had not known about but had caused us irritation over the years and explained them and fixed them removing these problems while installing our new bathroom suite.
Furthermore, as we were featuring a tall copper-coloured heated towelrail and accessories in our revamp he offered to make additional accessories out of copper piping - toilet roll holder, shelving supports and additional hand towel-rails which added to our style concept.
He and his co-workers were always prompt in the morning, worked late on most evenings to achieve the deadlines we had agreed, leaving the work area and entrance spotless each evening. It was pleasure to have all of the crew members as they were pleasant, industrious and fun. (well, one of them was his dad!) We continue to use his services - we're expecting him in an hour!
