Knowing that my wife was pregnant at the time and understanding that I have a young child Ross offered to work at times that would not disturb either my wife or child. He worked awkward hours even though he has a family his own without me asking. I really appreciated this gesture. Nothing was a problem for Ross and his thoughtfulness really made a difference to us. The standard of his work was also above what I was expecting and the final cost came in way lower than I had anticipated when I first posted the job.
