We initially had the hob disconnected and while he was here we asked about connecting our new hob in a few days after we had put the work tops in. The fitter told us he would come back and do the job on the day we asked, even though he was flying out on that day to be married.
I just thought that this was exceptional customer service as he said he didn't want to leave us without the hob for the few weeks he was away and would come on the morning before his flight to ensure we were able to have our hob connected. We really appreciated his professionalism in completing both jobs but even more appreciated his thoughtfulness and caring nature.
