Sam was a genuine pleasure to deal with, very prompt and turned up when he said he did. The work was done to a very high standard, and I was very, very pleased when I saw it.
Sam went above and beyond as he took the time to speak to my uncle (whose property the work was done at), and explain to him what he was doing and what would happen. My uncle has learning difficulties and can find meeting new people, especially at home, to be unnerving and upsetting. However Sam put him at ease with his personable and professional approach, and not a bad word was said.

Sam not only gave me a very fair price compared with other electricians he carried out the work at a time that was suitable to myself (on a weekend!) He was very polite and offered to take his shoes off before I even had to ask. First electrician I have used since moving to the area and I would certainly be happy to give out his details as a recommendation. Great job Sam and thanks.
