We were really upset when we got to our caravan for a family weekend and found that we had several burst pipes underneath the van. What made it so difficult was the fact that there was a foot of snow all around the van. And even worse the van is very close to the ground at the main area of bursts. We were amazed when Ryan showed up post haste! I thought that he would turn us down due to it being a really nasty job. However, this was not the case. He donned what looked like and orange snow suit and dived, well, wriggled under the van to start the repairs. It all took some time but he went above and beyond the call of duty by fixing some other stuff and doing a bit of servicing which really we had not asked about. This guy completely saved our family gathering which only happens once a year and people come from very long distances. We did have some photo's but due to a technical error on this site, they have been lost. Hope this does not deter from this wonderful guy getting a chance to win which he deserves. The photo is from home to show how the weather was at the time!!
