2x toilet units in need of repair

Finsbury Park

We are a small local charity based in Haringey and we are often very busy with activity groups for people experiencing mental health issues.

When we needed both loo's in the ladies toilet fixed I put an add on mybuilder.com and received different quotes from a variety of tradespeople.

We decided to go with David Hilliard as during the quote visit they were very professional and explained what work needed doing.

I gained confidence in hiring them however due to the amazing customer service we received by the admin team, I felt completely secure and kept up to date with when and how the work would be carried out all the way through until the work had finished taking place.

The job itself was done on a day which suited us and was carried out quickly, they were tidy, respectful to our service users and staff and finished to a high standard. The price was fair for the work carried out and we would not hesitate to contact them again if and when we need more work doing.

Glad to hear those deserving of it were offered a high standard of service and customer care. I'm sure the new facilities have been a positive all round for those who work for the charity and for their service users.

A clear and genuine response about the work carried out, from the customer service support through to the quality of the service.
