Retile conservatory & cloakroom splash back - includes removal of tiles

Firstly, Steve explained that, as you only need a firm flat surface on which to lay tiles, there would be no need to remove the existing tiles as they were perfectly flat with no movement. By doing this he saved me the expense of taking up the existing tiles, re-screeding the floor and removing the rubbish. He then laid my tiles meticulously.
Secondly, as the mosaic tiles would not fit on the wall of the cloakroom splash back, Steve cut a board to size, attached the mosaics to this and fitted it to the wall sealing the edges perfectly.
By giving considerable thought to the project Steve cut my original quote in half.
He was considerate, thoughtful and meticulous.
