I had a new integrated dishwasher delivered and was just so desperate to get it installed. I was not told that installation was not included with delivery. That was on top of having been waiting two weeks for the appliance to be delivered, and previously having had a service engineer out to try to do a repair on it, after waiting a week for a spare part, only to find it had an electrical fault and was beyond repair. So three weeks later there I was with no dishwasher and trying to find a solution, and the weekend looming with visitors expected.
Decided to try Mybuilder.com the next morning and the same day I received a reply from Call Don.
I explained the situation on the phone and Don came out the in the evening, even though it was a Friday night, and did a perfect job.
If I ever need help again I know to Call Don without hesitation. In our busy household my dishwasher is almost as dear to me as a member of the family.
