Blessings was a joy. We've had a lot of building work done over the last 2 years and many trades people in and out of our house but Blessings is the guy we remember most fondly. He was great at explaining exactly what needed doing, why it needed doing and how the new system worked and his costs were reasonable. He was punctual, respectful and professional. It was a big job and we live up quite a few stairs but he got it done on time and with absolutely no mess (which is astonishing give the condition of our old system).
As a result of the upgrade our water pressure increased dramatically, and the following day the ceramic component in one of our taps shattered and we couldn't turn it off without the use of the additional safety shut off lever he had also installed. He came round on a Sunday (his only day off) with all the parts he thought he might need and fixed the tap with no problems. I tried to pay him his call out fee and for the part but he refused with a big smile. He would only accept a biscuit because he quite liked the ones we had offered him the day before. All work was completed with a smile and a few jokes thrown in for good measure. He was brilliant. He's coming back to perform an annual service in a few months and I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing him again.

Well it's such a good review, and it's hard to find a recommended tradesperson that truly delivers on service! ...the end result looks good too!
