I had will round to provide me with a quote for new bathroom and replacing some radiators. When he saw my gas meter he told me it was unsafe and he would have to cap it immediately. He then offered to contact the gas board himself the next morning. He contacted me to inform me that the gas board would need entry that day to my property he again offered to wait for them as I had told him I was concerned as I had just started a new job which was a 35 mile commute and wasn’t comfortable with taking time off. After doing this he also cane the next day to meet with the gas board assessor and relayed what needed to be done before I could get my gas reconnected. He negotiated with the gas board to also provide me with a heater as I now had no heating and it was November!
After this he returned to reconnect my meter to my boiler. I also needed radiators removed before my plasterer started work, Will came round on a Sunday morning whilst his son was at rugby practice to do this for me. He then fitted a new bathroom and radiators as agreed. Once the plasterer was done I asked him to rehang the radiators and put my heating back on, he did this on what was supposed to be his last day of work before Christmas. He discovered my heating wasn’t working and called me to say he was going to run a diagnostics with the manufacturer. This resulted in my boiler needing a new fan, he ordered this and said he would fit it when it arrived despite this being two days later, therefore two days after he was supposed to finish for the holidays, he assured me he couldn’t leave someone without heating.
Not only was Will very accommodating and went above and beyond, but he did a fantastic job with new bathroom from fitting the suite and wet wall to the painting and laying if linoleum.

I was currently working on the same job as will when he was replacing the bathroom and would say he left a great job and is a hardworking and friendly tradesman
