We had a break in, thieves broke in through a wall. I contacted the builder and advised what was required. I sent pictures to him and they assured me they could repair it quickly. They turned up early and completed the repair quickly, they arranged to come back the next day to compete the internal plastering. Unfortunately the next evening the building was vandalised again, I contacted the builder and advised the plastering could not happen and that I needed another repair. They were so helpful, they quickly repairs the damage again and advised how they could make it better. I must add this repair was in between Christmas and new year so finding a tradesman was difficult. To find a builder that was on time, had reasonable rates and very flexible was really helpful. They even had time to look at a very minor leak, nothing was too much bother in this difficult time for us.

Because this is a true reflection of who I/we are and what we do. It is easy saying " We put the customer first" however delivering that philosophy is difficult. It is true our slogun says " Where Quality Matters" , and it does, quality applies to every aspect of what we do, from communication, being timely, standard or work and materials, it all metter and is important to us.
