When I requested quotations for my job on MyBuilder.com, I received several responses, but the one that stood out most was a very prompt and polite response from James Edney of London Groundwork.

From all the quotations I received, James's was the only one on paper, which is hard to come by. It was professionally presented, concise, considered, thorough, open and very well priced. I am a retired landscape gardener myself and found that James had a very professional yet friendly approach. I am known for having very exacting standards. In my experience, I have not come across many people who will go the extra mile to make sure that the customer’s vision is important and achievable, James certainly achieved it and to keep the yard from suffering weather-related issues forewarned us of pitfalls with the temperature sensitive substrate used and how to maintain it properly. James was aware of how we required the job to be done quickly once it started. He resolved any imperfections without hesitation or delay.
