flaging of new drive and back garden

Liverpool

I short listed few trade persons after I posted my job “flagging of new drive and back garden” from Mybuilder.

Like others Mr. Mick (Mr Michael Ryan) also arrived my home as agreed over phone, after having initial chat I handed him a rough drawing of the site giving him idea about the area of block pavement and turf to be laid. He subsequently measured the area, asked me few things about materials and time then placed me an offer which I accepted after clearing few doubts. During our meeting he was excellent in responding to my questions and shared some useful information.

I have very little technical skill about this project, but he helped to make me understand about how they are going to carry out the work which I found useful.

Once I placed the order they began the job as agreed. All his staff members who arrived at site to do this job were shown excellent attitude throughout the project and always listen, answer and made necessary adjustments or changes when ever I requested them.

During our initial meeting I forgot to mention Mr Mick about two things installation of new garden shed, and linear channel drainage. I extremely happy to say that both situation they could have charge me but not charged. There was another situation in the quote he offered me only two skips but forced to call 3rd one however he didn’t charge for it.

At the end I can say Mr. Michael Ryan and his team from Ryan Garden & Maintenance did an excellent job by executing it the way I wanted and am really impressed and happy with their approach, attitude, skills & workmanship. I will refer him to anyone who is in search of this kind of job.
