It is often said that the way to achieve customer satisfaction is to underpromise and overdeliver and David overdelivered in a number of respects:
(i) he drew up a comprehensive bill of materials so that all materials required for the job could be delivered in one batch
(ii) he was flexible in the design of the roof so that we could incorporate some old oak beams which had removed from our house
(iii) extras such as guttering were fitted at no extra cost, even using materials that David provided himself
(iv) David was flexible in adding dry lining of the internal walls to the scope of work at a very reasonable addition charge
(v) 2 gargoyles were fitted at the front of our drive at no additional charge
(vi) David arranged for his plumber to fit an internal sink
and most important of all, all the work was carried out to a high standard.
