Main bathroom and cloakroom fitting

My Builder? - My A-Z of home help! Especially under 'S'.
I have used My Builder to find several tradesmen to do various jobs on a house we owned in Swansea. As we live over 250 miles away, I knew I needed to find trustworthy people to do the jobs properly without having the 'customer' behind them all the time.
After posting this job, I was very lucky to find Spencer. A really friendly and polite young man, willing to listen to what the customer wants. He completely removed the old bathroom suite and downstairs cloakroom and replaced them with new, including all the tiling, fitting new interior windowsills and purchasing everything, so no hassle for me! I also had many radiators that had seen better days and asked him to replace all of those too. I wanted some internal doors on the property changed and asked him if he was able to do those for me, how lucky was I, not only is Spencer a plumber and tiler, he is also a carpenter! That makes life soooo much simpler. He even went as far as drilling all the doors and fitting new hardware, locks etc., even buying them for me too to match others already in the house.
So, with loads of other jobs needing doing around the house, I hired Spencer on the spot for further work.... planing all the doors due to new fitted carpet, fitting kitchen doors, replacing pipework under the kitchen sink, nothing was too much trouble for him. He fitted in all the smaller jobs around his bigger workload, which worked for us both. One thing many people complain about with a workman is the 'tidy' factor. Spencer should also add to his list of certificates...'THE CLEANEST AND TIDIEST WORKMAN EVER!' He never left so much as a wood shaving on the floor.
I can't recommend Spencer enough and just wished he lived closer to me so I could get all those ' little jobs' done in my own home. Sorry, couldn't add photo with me in as house is now sold, but you can see my shower puff!
