It was a newly bought flat and when Mentor arrived on the agreed day to do his job we realised that there was no power supply at the property. Mentor then agreed to reschedule the work for another day even though he had blocked this day to do my job. Anyway as a last attempt he asked me to to go down with him to to have a look a the electricity meter. This is when we realised that the pay as you go meter was in £77.50 debt and hence there was no power. I did not have cash with me to go and top up the meter beyond £77.50 and so without any hesitation Mentor gave me £100 to go an top up the meter. This restored the power at the property and Mentor could carry on with his work. More over I could get back to work on time and then return in the evening to pay up Mentor his agreed fees and the money he advanced me to top up the meter.
Mentor has gone above and beyond his agreed terms to complete the work and save the day for me and himself. Great guy and I will not hesitate to work with him again. Thank you Mentor!
