Replace copper piping under kitchen floor

My plumber Hakan was faced with - and undertook - a very complex job as a result of two previous leaks that I’d had in my kitchen. When my extension was built in 2002, copper pipes were laid under concrete, and as a result over the years the copper pipes had corroded and caused these leaks. Hakan was able to find the exact location of both the heating pipes and in a separate location, the hot water pipes. He then carefully dug into the concrete and in doing so, not damaging the existing pipes. He was then able to replace all the pipes into quality plastic ones and finally laid fresh concrete to a very high standard, enabling for the vinyl floor layer to fit new tiles.
Hakan’s workmanship was not only to a very high standard, but he worked tirelessly and diligently throughout, always keeping me advised of what he was doing. After completing the job, he made sure that both my hot and cold water was running perfectly, together with my heating too. But what stood out more than any other tradesperson that I’ve ever dealt with was his after sales service which I found to be exemplary, as he came to my house again several days later to make sure my whole system was running the way that it should. He also reassured me that if indeed I had any future problems, he would be happy to rectify them immediately. Hakan was a pleasure to work with especially as it was a very stressful time for me.
