Ours was a small job, and Stuart and Tom only had limited opportunities to go "above and beyond" as Job of the Year asks me to explain. But I gave them a glowing review because they anticipated problems, were honest and straightforward in explaining difficulties, polite and hardworking when on site, and prompt to sort out a minor difficulty when it was pointed out. Nothing extraordinary, then. But they did the ordinary things extraordinarily well. And since I know that a bad choice can end up a nightmare, that's a pretty good reason for Job of the year in my book.
