Even when the job turned out to be bigger than we thought Scott didn't alter the price, and he and his assistant did all the work themselves with hand tools (nothing pneumatic or electric! ) and finished the job in just three days.
Scott then came back and did a great deal on replacing my cavity wall ties.
Really nice bloke and willing to help me out when I was stuck on a budget. Top marks!
